WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Have a Roll is growing fast — and we’re looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to help us scale our stores across Belgium & the Netherlands.
We’re a young and rapidly expanding company with big plans for the future, including further expansion into Wallonia and the Netherlands. That means we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure where needed and is ready to take ownership.
As ‘Operations Manager’ you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of all our stores in Belgium and The Netherlands.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the operations of all stores in Belgium & the Netherlands
- Ensuring all equipment works properly
- Making sure teams follow clothing and hygiene standards
- Reviewing and checking store schedules
- Wage cost optimization and monthly hour checks
- Preparing delivery notes
- Organizing monthly meetings with store managers
- Being the direct point of contact for all store managers
- Monitoring stock levels across all stores
- Leading operational setup for new store openings
- Following up permits, inspections and compliances
- Evaluating and following up (student) trial shifts
- Training new managers and assistant managers
- Supervising drivers and delivery schedules

- You’re organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

- You can manage multiple locations and teams
- You communicate clearly and efficiently
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations is a big plus
