You will join the Cloud Governance team within IDS R&D – Cloud and contribute to the Ewon Cloud Program, a future‑proof SaaS platform for industrial IoT.
You will act as a Business Analyst and proxy‑Product Owner, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, testers, and managers to turn business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
YOUR MISSION
As part of the Cloud Governance team, you will contribute to ongoing projects and support the team in their daily activities:
Main tasks include:
Project Governance & Documentation

You contribute to program governance by:
- analyzing and supporting cross‑team initiatives (process improvements, tooling, reporting).
- organizing, structuring, and maintaining project documentation (Jira, Confluence, knowledge base).

You support backlog governance by helping review and structure work items (Epics, Stories, Tasks).

You ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered features.

You contribute to improving visibility of project status through dashboards and reporting.
Analysis, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

You support analysis of product metrics, usage data, or operational indicators.

You contribute to identifying improvement opportunities in the development process.

You document insights and propose recommendations to improve product governance and team efficiency.
Backlog Support & Product Coordination

You assist Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing the backlog.

You help prepare backlog items for development teams (refinement activities).

You participate in sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, review, retrospective).

You follow the lifecycle of features from analysis to delivery.
Feature Analysis & Requirements Definition

You investigate and analyze product features across multiple domains such as:
- network connectivity.
- device and gateway management.
- account administration.
- cloud platform services.

You collect and synthesize input from stakeholders (Product Owners, engineers, operations, support).

You translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.

You contribute to acceptance criteria definition and clarification of requirements.
SKILLS / METHODOLOGY
You work with structured, professional approaches such as Kanban and/or Scrum.
Skills you will develop:

Analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Hands‑on experience with agile product development in a SaaS environment.

Backlog management, requirement analysis, and user story writing.

Exposure to cloud technologies and industrial IoT use cases.

Collaboration within an international, cross‑functional team.

Use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a student in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
- You have an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and an interest in SaaS, IoT, and digital product development.
- You communicate well in English (French is a plus).
