Tailormade Logistics (TML) is one of the fastest growing logistics players in Belgium.

Your role as a Customer support specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist , you are the permanent Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your customers.
You manage the entire operational flow of their logistics files and at the same time build a sustainable customer relationship.
You will work in an international context and in sectors where timing, flexibility and clear communication are crucial. No two days are the same – and that's exactly what makes this role so appealing.
Your branch package

Be your first and permanent point of contact for your customer portfolio.

Manage your customer files from A to Z: operational, administrative and relational.

Coordinate your transport solutions within Europe.

You will form the bridge between the customer and our logistics activities.

You will work closely with planning, transport, warehouse and other internal teams.

You ensure correct follow-up in the various IT systems.

You identify bottlenecks and actively think about process improvements.

Combine your operational accuracy with commercial feeling and customer focus.

You help build long-term relationships, based on trust and quality.
Who you are

You have at least a first relevant experience within the logistics and transport sector.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French, and with a good command of English you are a real asset.
