Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of computers and communication security, networking, and the vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications;
- At least five years of experience designing, developing and managing Linux based environment, in particular RHEL based;
- At least five years of experience managing containerized applications in orchestrated and non-orchestrated environments.
Desirable:
- The possession of one or more of the following industry certifications will be considered as an asset:
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
- IT Trainer Certification (such as RHCI, CompTIA CTT+, MCT, CCSI, etc.)
Duties/role:
- Performing activities in close coordination with the CIS capability Service Delivery Manager, CSI Engineers, and developers;
- Provisioning and hardening RHEL as the underlying host OS, aligned with NCIA security guidelines;
- Deploying and configuring the approved Container Orchestration Platform and Container Management Platform.
