Support the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen and lead the kitchen team
- Coordinate mise-en-place, service and post-service operations
- Contribute to menu creation and ensure accurate cost control
- Plan and organize kitchen activities to ensure smooth service
- Guarantee the quality, taste and presentation of all dishes
- Train, coach and motivate kitchen staff
- Manage ordering, stock control and deliveries in collaboration with Cost Control
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain efficient communication with the restaurant and other departments
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Well-organized with excellent planning abilities
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Hands-on, stress-resistant and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong team player with clear communication skills
- Flexible availability (morning, evenings and weekends)
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
