We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Senior Administrator or In-House NetSuite Consultant to lead and support the company's NetSuite implementation journey. This is a critical role that will involve working closely with an external implementation partner during the deployment phase, then transitioning to ongoing system optimization, support, and enhancement post go-live.
This is an opportunity to be the NetSuite expert and champion within a high-growth technology company, shaping the ERP foundation that will support the next phase of their expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary internal NetSuite stakeholder and subject matter expert
Collaborate with external implementation partners to ensure successful deployment
Gather and document business requirements across departments
Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs
Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities
Ensure data migration accuracy and integrity
Support go-live activities and immediate post-launch stabilization
Provide ongoing NetSuite administration and support to end users
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionality (Financials, CRM, etc.)
Experience supporting or participating in NetSuite implementations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
