As part of the expansion of our retail network, Tissot is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our boutique in Brussels. This temporary opportunity offers strong potential for long-term growth into a permanent position.
Your Mission
As a true brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the boutique’s visibility, commercial success, and premium image.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer with professionalism and provide a premium in-store experience aligned with brand standards
- Advise and guide clients in selecting watches and related products
- Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Perform watch bracelet adjustments and sizing
- Handle cash register operations, including opening, closing, and payments
- Ensure the boutique is always impeccably presented and maintained
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management
- Follow all procedures and guidelines related to brand image, security, and store operations

Experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience is required, ideally in watches, luxury, or premium retail
