We are currently looking for a fluent German, French or Dutch Sales Customer SupportIntern in Antwerp (Wilrijk).
The responsibilities for this job as intern Sales Customer Support (M/W) are:
- Cold calling jewelers and contacts from our database to find new diamonds to buy.
- Managing contacts and clients from our database and updating client information in our CRM software.
- Finding new contacts for our database in language specific countries.
- Following up requests and sending prices and agreements to our customers.
- You answer questions and will provide information.
Profile
The desired qualifications for this job as Sales Support Customer Relations (M/V) are:
- You have basic knowledge of English and you speak FLUENT GERMAN, FRENCH or DUTCH.
- You like to speak with people on the phone.
- You work results-oriented and structured.
- You are service-oriented and flexible.
- Immediately available during normal office hours (9am - 5pm)

Recycled diamonds are diamonds removed from jewellery, sorted, recut and then sold back to the industry for use in manufacturing new jewellery. The majority of our business is based on recycling such diamonds which individually have no value but when collected in a sufficient quantity they can be sorted and recut to be used in jewellery.
