Preventive & corrective maintenance
You are responsible for all activities related to preventive and corrective technical maintenance in our production departments. -
Inspections & planning
You carry out periodic inspections and assist in planning them. -
Process & system optimization
You proactively think about potential optimizations of our processes and installations so that we remain future-proof. -
Installation support
You support the installation of new machines and equipment. -
Coordination of subcontractors
You coordinate subcontractors during maintenance activities. -
Compliance & inspections follow-up
You follow up on required inspections of the various installations. -
Safety & workplace organization
You help maintain a safe and tidy working environment and take the necessary responsibilities in this regard. -
Hands-on repairs
You are willing and able to carry out (or assist with) small repairs when needed.
Educational background
You hold an A1, bachelor’s or master’s degree (in electromechanics or another technical field), or equivalent through experience.
Relevant experience
Ideally, you have around 5 years of experience due to the complexity of the role. Additional training can be provided for candidates with less experience. More experience is definitely a plus.
Technical expertise
You have strong knowledge of mechanics and ideally a basic understanding of electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Teamwork & leadership
You can work both independently and as part of a team and are capable of supervising several people. Leadership experience is a plus.
Hands-on mindset & safety focus
You are hands-on, technically skilled, and place great importance on order, cleanliness and safety.
Language skills
You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
On-call availability
You are willing to participate in an on-call rotation (after training).
Environmental motivation
You are driven by the ambition to contribute to a better environment.
