Role of Expert contributor:
We are looking for an Expert Contributor with deep knowledge and expertise within the scope of performance management within the P&P CoE. You will be a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with stakeholders to embed best practices, drive the implementation of our strategy, delivering meaningful and sustainable outcomes. This role combines hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations with the ability to provide expert insight and guidance that shapes strategy and enhances organisational impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and thought leadership in a selection of the domains Performance Management and Employee Listening.
- Together with other CoE contributors, lead and manage day-to-day operations within the CoE, ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that align with organisational goals and values.
- Analyse data and employee feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders, supporting change management and cultural transformation efforts.
- Monitor and report on the impact of P&P initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Monitor industry trends within the domains of Performance Management, DEI and Employee Listening regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the organisation at the forefront of innovation.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies, frameworks, and toolkits related to P&P topics.
