Start Date: As soon as possible
- Reporting directly to the CTO, supervise the entire manufacturing process, from planning to delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
- Optimize production processes and propose areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, logistics, and R&D departments.
- Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in industrial engineering, production, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in production and team management.
- Proficiency in planning tools and Lean/5S methodologies.
