Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Competency in records and knowledge management and document library curation demonstrated through relevant experience or training;
- One year of experience in the last three years supporting a common document repository and collaborative tool and platform comparable to LAWFAS;
- Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with five years of ICT experience in a comparable professional setting.
Desirable:
- Experience working in or with NATO;
- Experience assisting users to use a platform comparable to LAWFAS;
- Professional knowledge of French language (STANAG 6001).
Duties/role:
- Curating information in the LAWFAS platform in accordance with organizational policies, procedures for records and knowledge management, and best practices;
- Developing collaboration workflows and/or workspaces for ACO OLA and other NATO entities, and preparing technical, functional, and user documentation;
- Creating and maintaining LAWFAS knowledge management resources in support of OLA newcomers, handover‑takeover files, legal offices SOPs, and OLA events, as instructed.
