Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst - Expert Cards within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:

Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.

Analyze and evaluate change requests.

Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and evaluate different options.

Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Act as an interface with stakeholders.

Bridge business needs with IT.
-
Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).

Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
Language Requirements:

Dutch: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
-
French: Good spoken communication skills recommended.
-
English: Strong written and spoken communication skills required.
Education:
-
Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience.
Experience and Knowledge:
-
At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical experience: Knowledge of cards-related systems and architecture is preferable.

Business experience: Mandatory expertise in cards products, processes, and services; knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium; strong ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and their link with IT; experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.

Preferable: Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business; experience with agile methodology; knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
