Job Description
We are looking for a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
The role acts as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities:

Understand and identify reporting and visualization needs together with stakeholders

Gather business requirements and translate them into prototypes and fully developed dashboards

Collect, assemble, and prepare data for visualization purposes

Develop, maintain, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards and reports across their full lifecycle

Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards

Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes

Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions

Promote consistency, reusability, and alignment with data strategy initiatives

Implement and advocate reporting and visualization best practices

Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists

Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization
-
Strong experience with dashboard design and data storytelling
-
Ability to prepare and structure data for reporting and visualization purposes

Good understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and data preparation processes
-
Knowledge of data governance and security principles
-
Understanding of data strategy concepts
-
Experience working in Agile environments
-
Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial Services
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
