We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to strengthen the security posture of our IT infrastructure.
This role focuses on protecting on-premises and cloud environments, hardening systems, monitoring threats, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with infrastructure and networking teams to ensure secure operations.
You will report directly to the Head of Network & Security and collaborate closely with our dedicated Risk & Security team.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities

Design / implement / maintain security infrastructures (on-prem & cloud)
-
Monitor security alerts and perform incident response + forensic investigations
-
Manage and improve EDR/XDR solutions to ensure the security of the bank
-
Manage the SIEM Infrastructure (Ingesting new log sources / developing custom correlation rules / creation of dashboards)
-
Manage patching strategies for operating systems and infrastructure components
-
Support DevSecOps initiatives (HParameter store / CICD security)
-
Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities
-
Hardening of Windows / Linux servers & services according to best practices
-
Hardening of cloud infrastructures (AWS & Azure)

Administer and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF)
-
Improve and maintain the PKI infrastructure
-
Improve and maintain data leak prevention (DLP) measures across the company
Skills
What we are looking for
Must have

5+ years of experience as a security engineer
-
Strong expertise in cybersecurity

Proven hands-on experience with:

DevSecOps

SIEM infrastructure

Incident response

Experience working in hybrid cloud-connected environments

Solid troubleshooting skills (L3 level)

Professional English (written & spoken)

Have a clean certificate of good behavior.
