Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Sufficient operational knowledge of English to:
- understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions;
- communicate during service delivery and incident resolution activities;
- interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required;
- complete service-related documentation and ticket updates.
Duties/role:
- Receiving and logging incidents and service requests;
- Tracking and updating tickets throughout lifecycle;
- Classifying incidents by severity and priority;
- Dispatching on-site technicians and resources;
- Providing incident communication, escalation, and closure notifications;
- Preparing monthly service desk and incident reports.
