After a short but intense training period you will be an important link in the bigger production process of Fitco, a company that keeps pushing forward.
- You will be working on several production lines and together with your colleagues you’ll be responsible for an ideal production process. Here, good cooperation and communication with co-workers will be crucial;

Besides the standard tasks you will be responsible for routine quality checks and executing more detailed quality checks;

Always be on guard for our inhouse safety and environment policy;

Challenging yourself and being an active voice in our company to keep moving forward. Trying your best to optimize our production process together with the Fitco team.
- Someone with experience in an industrial production environment and with some technical knowledge/expertise;

Willing to learn and flexible in handle a diversity of tasks, plus willing to work in a shift system with three teams;

Ready to put the work and making an extra effort when needed;

You can express yourself in Dutch, English or French.
- Capable of executing the general tasks, both individually or in group;

Management of processes, resources and in- or outgoing products;

Able to think about and/or propose adjustments and improvements that focus on management, effectiveness or logistics;

Supporting the quality checking and technical departments.
