The Logistics & 3PL Supervisor, International is responsible for overseeing international logistics operations and daily third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse activities to ensure efficient inventory flow, operational excellence, and timely customer fulfillment. This role manages inbound freight into the EU Distribution Center (DC), supports international markets outside North America, and supervises warehouse-related operations including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Value-Added Services (VAS), Quality Control, and Inventory Management.
The position partners closely with factories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal cross-functional departments to support operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.

Accurately track and maintain the Import Tracker to provide visibility into all international inbound shipments.

Approve shipment schedules and freight quotes accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor inbound shipments into the EU DC and resolve documentation, operational, customs, or receipt discrepancies.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, parcel carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure timely shipment execution.

Support inbound and outbound logistics processes to maintain inventory flow continuity and order fulfillment timelines.

Flag shipment delays, operational risks, and transit exceptions to internal stakeholders.

Support freight claims management and inventory transfer logistics between distribution centers.

Coordinate international wholesale RTVs and exception-based logistics programs, including dropship initiatives.

Develop and maintain SOPs for freight operations, vendors, and warehouse partners.

Create and analyze freight forwarder and customs broker scorecards to evaluate service performance.

Provide monthly freight cost analysis, lead-time reporting, and operational metrics.

Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations including Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and VAS activities.

Monitor staffing levels, productivity metrics, quality standards, and UPH (Units Per Hour) performance to ensure operational goals are met.

Support and coordinate VAS production activities including ordering and tracking tags, stickers, and warehouse supplies.

Maintain operational reports including Open Order Reports, VAS Logs, inventory trackers, and productivity dashboards.

Ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment while maintaining service expectations.

Partner with Accounting to reconcile customer chargebacks, inbound discrepancies, and inventory-related issues.

Provide operational guidance and support to warehouse and 3PL teams as needed.

Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and operational accuracy.

Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to resolve shipment and fulfillment issues.

Collaborate with North America-based teams to support international business operations and inventory transfers.

Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL providers.

Complete ad-hoc operational projects and reporting assignments as needed.

3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or 3PL supervision.

Strong understanding of international logistics, distribution center operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

Experience working with 3PL providers, bonded warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and parcel carriers.

Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, quality assurance, and Value-Added Services (VAS).

Familiarity with EU trade regulations, customs processes, and international freight operations preferred.

Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods industries preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and intermediate to advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and reporting analysis.

Experience with ERP systems (such as Full Circle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
