Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Proven project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
- Excellent written and oral English;
- Ability to brief senior management clearly and concisely.
Desirable:
- PM certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile);
- Experience working with NATO structures;
- Experience managing digital platforms.
Duties/role:
- Supporting the lead Project Manager during the final development and pre-launch phase, including coordinating with the development team and stakeholders;
- Preparing an onboarding package, including login guidance, FAQs, and short video tutorials;
- Running regular coordination meetings with internal teams and contractors.
