We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of our core Python backend, drive architectural decisions, and help scale our platform.

What You’ll Do
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
- Solve Complex Problems: Optimize the engines that power dynamic pricing algorithms, product configurations, and document generation.
- Integrate Systems: Build reliable, secure integrations with third-party tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ERPs, and payment gateways.
- Lead Technically: Take ownership of significant parts of the codebase. Make critical decisions on database design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Elevate the Team: Write clean, testable code (TDD), conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor mid-level and junior developers.
- Optimize Operations: Work with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments and high system availability.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in backend development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Strong database skills, specifically with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, including complex query optimization.
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and modern version control (Git).
- Fluent in English with strong technical communication skills.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software, or fintech.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming (Celery, Redis) and background task processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD automation.
