Scope of role:
As Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you play a key role in shaping long-term supply chain strategies that ensure capacity, efficiency and resilience across the global network. This position supports major business initiatives and provides analytical leadership to improve planning accuracy, cost-to-serve and operational performance.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
Analyzes data and methods to predict and improve a company’s delivery of products and services to its customers.
Monitors logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing , shipment and delivery, and return on products.
Builds relationships with cross-functional work teams and external parties, such as suppliers and distributors to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficacy of supply chain function.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Master degree in Business Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory/Warehouse optimization, Demand Planning
Strong analytical skills, Data-driven decision-making, Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
Software skills: ERP knowledge (SAP), Power BI, Excel expert
Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement
