What you’ll do
As part of a multidisciplinary Accenture project team, focusing on the people side of transformation (Change Management, HR Transformation, Future of Work), you will support both client projects and our internal community.
You will:

✅ Support transformation projects for our clients

✅ Assist in analysing and documenting as-is capabilities across business processes, people and technology

✅ Support the design of to-be processes
-
✅ Contribute to defining change management strategies, roadmaps and plans
-
✅ Assist in implementation activities related to new solutions and change initiatives
(communications, training, adoption activities, etc.) -
✅ Document business and change requirements
You will also:

✅ Support the development of our Talent & Organisation community strategy and initiatives

✅ Assist in organising trainings, workshops, communications, events and team activities
