As an Account Manager, you will work closely with leading organisations as a strategic partner. You will become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their business objectives while identifying opportunities to expand our services and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Working alongside fellow Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Marketing and our technical experts, you will play a key role in growing our presence in the Belgian market.

As an Account Manager Cybersecurity, you will:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, with a strong focus on the Belgian public sector as well as financial services, commercial organisations and professional services.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by working closely with Technology Leads, Project Managers and Business Leads.

Understand customer challenges and translate them into solutions across Digital Identity, Security and Networking, considering people, processes and technology.

Develop customer success plans with both short-term objectives and long-term strategic roadmaps.

Share market insights and business opportunities with Marketing, Technology Leads and senior leadership.

Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in HubSpot.

Secure customer references and success stories.

Bachelor's or Master's level working and thinking.

A genuine interest in IT and cybersecurity.

At least 3 years of experience in complex IT services or technology solutions sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

An excellent listener with strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.

Able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.

Self-driven, flexible and eager to continue developing professionally.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

French language skills are considered a strong advantage.

You live in Belgium and have a good understanding of the Belgian market.
