Your Tasks
- Own the month-end close process (journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions) with accuracy and rigor
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring full compliance with internal controls and firm policy
- Handle fixed asset accounting from recognition through depreciation to disposal
- Manage all statutory and regulatory submissions (tax returns, governmental declarations) on time and audit-ready
- Act as the primary Finance contact for the Brussels office, partnering directly with the COO, Office Managing Partner and Finance Manager on budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Flag regulatory changes proactively and drive continuous improvement within Finance processes and reporting tools
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and French/Dutch
Your Package
- 70.000€ yearly gross + package
- 160€/month (net expenses)
