We are looking for a Global Logistics Operations Local Key User who is analytical, collaborative, and impactdriven to join our Global Logistics Operations (GLO) team, based at our UCB campus located in Brainel’Alleud, Belgium..
About the role:
You are going to play a pivotal role in shaping, optimizing, and sustaining global logistics processes across our operational network. You will combine deep logistics expertise with system and process know-how to strengthen governance, improve performance, and support longterm transformation initiatives. Beyond daily operations, you will influence strategic decisions and help build futureready logistics capabilities across Global Supply Chain.
Who you will work with:
You will work closely with Global Logistics Operations teams, business solution experts, and IT partners within the Global Supply Chain organization. You are going to collaborate across functions such as quality, procurement, customer operations, and external partners, contributing to a strong center of excellence culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
What you will do :

You will Lead Global Logistics Operations process harmonization & improvements across affiliates, partners, and internal flows.

You will act as a subject matter expert for logistics processes, SAP flows, and transformation initiatives.

You will govern logistics SOPs and ensure compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.

You will develop and deliver trainings to strengthen process and system capabilities globally.

You will manage logistics master data governance to ensure data quality and global standards.

You will provide functional and operational guidance within GLO.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations or supply chain environments.

At least 3 years’ handson experience with SAP logistics modules (SD Mandatory , WM or EWM).

Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in process optimization.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, French is considered an asset.

Experience in cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives is an asset

Experience in managing or coaching a team is a plus
