We are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator (Mechanical) for a major pharma construction project close to Geel, Belgium.
:
- Administer contracts for mechanical systems including HVAC, process piping, and clean utilities

Support procurement and tendering for mechanical work packages

Review mechanical contractor submittals and documentation for contractual compliance

Track mechanical variation orders and evaluate cost/schedule impacts

Maintain documentation for mechanical systems installation and commissioning

Verify mechanical contractor payment applications against work completed

Participate in mechanical coordination meetings and provide contract input

Support mechanical close-out, system testing, and completion certification
:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field

Knowledge of mechanical systems in pharmaceutical facilities (HVAC, utilities, process piping)

5+ years' experience in contracts administration for mechanical installations

Familiarity with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical mechanical systems
