Now, we’re looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager who can help brew their next chapter: sharper, bolder and more culturally relevant than ever.
This is a role for a true brand builder: someone who thinks strategically, inspires creatively and has the drive to turn ambition into visible momentum across markets.
Your role in the story
You’ll sit at the heart of our global marketing team, reporting to the Global Markering Director. You will play a leading role in defining how Duvel and Chouffe show up, stand out and grow across the world. We are looking for:
- The strategic guardian of two iconic beer brands with deep heritage and exciting global headroom

Global Brand Strategy & Equity
- Set the long-term global brand strategy for Duvel and Chouffe
- Define & guard brand equity, positioning, identity and storytelling
- Balance global distinctiveness with local market relevance
Communication & Campaign Leadership
- Lead global campaigns, toolkits and brand assets that travel across markets
- Turn insights into strong creative platforms and activation ideas
- Guide markets on campaign deployment, scaling and optimization — from launch thinking to in-market impact
- Orchestrate our agency ecosystem across creative, media, digital and activation partners
Innovation & Portfolio Growth
- Build a consumer-led innovation and portfolio roadmap that strengthens brand relevance and business growth
- Identify growth opportunities across formats, rituals, occasions, channels and markets
- Make sure every innovation earns its place: commercially, strategically and creatively
Market Partnership & Execution Excellence
- Be a trusted sparring partner for local teams, helping global strategy land with impact in-market
- Support markets in execution, acceleration and performance improvement — without losing the entrepreneurial spark
- Spot, sharpen and share best practices so strong ideas travel further
Insights & Performance
- Use consumer, category, cultural and performance insights to make sharper choices
- Track brand health, campaign impact and market performance — then turn learnings into action
- Bring together analytical rigor, creative instinct and strong commercial judgement
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end across marketing, sales, supply, finance and R&D
- Align senior stakeholders in a complex, international environment
- Bring clarity, focus and positive energy when priorities are moving fast
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of two people, helping them grow with confidence and impact
Your ingredients
Experience & background
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
- Around 8–10 years of brand management experience, ideally in FMCG, beer, beverages or lifestyle brands
- A proven track record in:
- Building brand equity and distinctive brand worlds
- Leading campaigns from strategy to execution — not just coordinating them
- Working with international markets and cross-functional teams
- Experience in sales or category management is a plus.

- A solid grasp of portfolio strategy, innovation and brand architecture
