Job Description:
You will be part of the Business Enabling and transformation team with a strong focus on quality improvement and change projects. As a Training & Process Improvement Specialist you will ensure that the trainings are aligned with the strategy, the organization and the evolution of processes and jobs of the Healthcare Department. You will modernize the training methodology and material, ensure the quality of the implemented processes and contribute to important quality improvement and change projects.
As our Training & Process Improvement Specialist, your job embodies the quality and customer focus mindset, constant learning and knowledge expansion, as well for newcomers as for the existing staff. You will play a crucial role by guiding teams through change and provide them support.
You will work hand in hand with the Business Managers in order to identify the needs within the organization and will be responsible to be the gate keeper of the main processes.
Training Officer

Develop, maintain and modernise Training approach and modules taking into account different learning styles
-
Animate and monitor the development of individual and collective skills and knowledge

Evaluate the trainings and improve to remain aligned with the strategy and organization needs

Spread a self-learning, Process, Customer Satisfaction culture

Integrate the evolutions of the Healthcare Insurance jobs due to AI involvement
Process & quality management:
-
Map and improve main processes in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the operational flow

Ensure that Process Documentation is up to date according to new processes and evolutions

According to process evolutions, organize the adequate upskilling and reskilling of the functions
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor or Master
French and Dutch + English mandatory
Minimum 3 years of proven experience
Highly proficient in MS Office (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management System experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, team working and collaborative behavior both face to face and remotely
Continuous Improvement mindset
Ability to plan and manage multi tasks and being at ease with time management
Analytical skills
