Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 as client operating systems;
- Deep knowledge of implementing and administering large active directory environments;
- Experience of Windows Administration and relevant certifications; e.g. MCITP.
Optional:
- Thin client / zero client deployment technology;
- Experience in remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept.
Duties/role:
- Preparing and maintaining operational workstation baselines for multiple networks within the agency;
- Ensuring successful deployment of security updates and antimalware/data loss prevention endpoints;
- Ensuring security hardening based on security settings and Group Policies.
