YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and delivering tangible value to our client. In a context where performance and cost optimization are critical (with clear annual reduction targets), your mission is to turn data into action and ideas into measurable results.
You will act as a change driver, identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our operations remain competitive, efficient, and fully aligned with our client commitments.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DO?
Your Impact:
Analyze operational and logistics data to identify improvement opportunities
Translate complex processes into pragmatic, field-ready solutions
Deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality
Build strong partnerships with operations teams and act as a trusted advisor to the client
Support the achievement of contractual objectives, including annual cost reduction targets
As a Project Engineer you will:
Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and operational data
Identify inefficiencies and recommend concrete improvement actions
Build business cases, including cost models, assumptions, and risk analysis
Develop and present impactful project proposals to stakeholders and clients
Lead and follow up on projects from idea to implementation
Monitor milestones, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery
Develop and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions
Conduct time, motion, and efficiency studies to optimize workflows
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Act as a key interface between operations, management, and the client
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proven experience (or strong interest) in process improvement and operational optimization
Understanding of complex environments (experience in medical/logistics is a plus)
Solid project management skills: structured, organized, and results-driven
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies is a strong asset
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
