As a foreman, you are an experienced scaffold builder able to communicate with the client, consult with your manager and translate these agreements towards your teams of scaffolding builders.

Task package

Plan work and monitor progress
Managing and supervising a team of basic scaffolders, intermediate scaffolders and advanced scaffolders
Approve and transfer scaffolding with a standard configuration to the client
Being able to use scaffolding drawings, diagrams and material specifications for all common scaffolding and being able to make sketches of scaffolding yourself
Establishing and implementing safety procedures
Perform a user inspection at the request of a customer

Your profile

Extensive experience in the scaffolding construction sector
Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
You have a scaffolding examiner certificate
Team player
Sense for safety and quality
Being able to lead and take responsibility
Being able to communicate well (with customers and colleagues)
Stress resistant
Has a valid certificate (full) VCA

Assets

You have a valid driver’s license B
Notions of English, French or German
PC knowledge (word, excel and email)
