Your impact
As Global Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll define the global marketing and communications strategy and ensure it supports our business ambitions across all markets.
You'll connect people, insights and opportunities across regions, building one strong global marketing organisation that encourages collaboration, shares knowledge and empowers local teams to succeed. By combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, you'll ensure marketing delivers measurable business impact today while helping shape the future of Q8Oils.
What you'll do
Translate the company's strategic direction into a global marketing and communications strategy that drives business growth and strengthens our brand.
Turn market insights, customer needs and competitive intelligence into marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results across our global markets.
Partner with Sales, Product Management, Digital & IT and other business functions to develop go-to-market strategies, trade marketing programmes and sales enablement initiatives.
Foster strong cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, bringing teams together around shared priorities and encouraging knowledge sharing across regions.
Champion a think global, act local mindset by creating global frameworks while empowering regional teams to respond to local market needs.
Build a high-performing, data-driven marketing organisation by setting clear priorities, measuring performance and continuously improving results.
Lead, coach and inspire an international marketing team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous learning.
Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic insights that support commercial growth, innovation and future business opportunities.
What you'll bring
You're a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset. You know how to connect people around a shared vision, navigate complexity and turn strategy into action.
You also bring:
A Master's degree in Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with a proven track record in a similar role.
Extensive experience in strategic marketing within an international B2B environment.
Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing international teams.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into impactful marketing initiatives.
Experience with market intelligence, customer segmentation, go-to-market strategies, trade marketing and sales enablement.
Strong analytical skills, with experience defining KPIs, measuring ROI and using data to support decision-making.
Experience working across different cultures and building strong relationships with international stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation and digital marketing technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Fluent English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
A willingness to travel internationally, as this is a truly global role.
