Welcome to Vintia. We develop powerful software solutions for ticketing, bookings, payments, and access control. Our solutions help organisations in the leisure and attractions industry simplify daily operations and deliver a smooth, efficient visitor experience. They are complemented by the right hardware, services, and integrations to ensure everything works seamlessly together.
Vintia, headquartered in Ypres, has offices in Kapellen, Nieuwegein, Andernach, France, UK, and UAE. We combine local expertise with an international perspective. Vintia is part of the Salto group (Spain) and is one of the 3 core brands of SALTO WECOSYSTEM.
As our company grows and expands into new markets, we are enhancing our finance function to align with our ambitions. We are looking for a Head of Finance based in Belgium who is ready to take ownership of finance across the full organization.
As Head of Finance, you oversee and manage Vintia’s finance department. You are responsible for the full finance cycle, from budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes to country-level P&L ownership, controlling, and group reporting to Salto.
You will take ownership of the finance function, including its processes, systems, and tools. Following recent mergers and acquisitions, some entities still operate with different setups, and we need to establish consistency and quality across all aspects of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include evaluating what works well, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and reliability. Experience in ERP implementations or process redesign projects within a finance organization will be valuable in this position.
You manage a team of finance professionals. You develop the team, set clear standards, and ensure finance delivers the insights and accuracy the business relies on.
As a member of the Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you are a sparring partner to the rest of the leadership team on financial performance, investment decisions, and operational priorities. You work in close collaboration with the Salto finance team and ensure that our financial processes and formats align with group standards.
