As an Export & Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of our international supply chain operations.
You will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Export & Supply team while remaining actively involved in operational execution. Your mission is to ensure product availability, deliver outstanding service to our international partners and distributors, and drive operational excellence across the entire order-to-delivery process.
As the operational lead for the team, you will organize priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities and foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment focused on performance and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Export & Supply department.
- Organize team priorities and ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to continuously improve operational performance.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional operational meetings and ensure effective follow-up of action plans.
- Support the development of the team’s skills and capabilities while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure product availability in line with market requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels both at our distribution centre and with our international partners.
- Coordinate supply requirements with Production, Planning and Procurement teams.
- Anticipate supply risks while optimizing inventory coverage, stock rotation and expiry management.
- Coordinate packaging and repackaging activities whenever required.
- Coordinate international outbound shipments from our distribution centre.
- Ensure end-to-end order management through to final delivery.
- Define operational priorities together with Warehouse, Quality Assurance and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and proactively communicate any risks or unforeseen events.
- Manage all documentation related to export activities.
- Ensure full compliance with customs, regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Apply a strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures in daily operations.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our international distributors.
- Provide timely, professional support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect, analyse and follow up on sales, inventory and forecast data.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints with the relevant internal departments.
- Ensure contractual commitments and operational deliverables are fulfilled by all parties.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with our international partners.
- You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Applied Economics or an equivalent discipline.
- You have a minimum of five years’ experience in Export, Customer Service or Supply Chain operations within an international environment.
- You have demonstrated experience coordinating a team and/or operational projects.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be a strong asset.
- You have a strong customer service mindset and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
- You are well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
- You communicate effectively and build alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- You are willing to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
