Are you organised, curious and ready to discover how HR works behind the scenes?

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team in Groot-Bijgaarden.

You will help us keep things moving. From preparing documents and organising training activities to screening CV's and supporting HR processes, you will contribute to the practical steps that turn our plans into reality.

You will work across both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, depending on the team’s priorities and ongoing activities.

What will you do?

Supporting the day-to-day of recruitment, L&D and general HR processes based on the team’s priorities. E.g CV screening, telephone screening, planning of interviews, organisation of training activities, promoting learning opportunities etc.
Prepare and update HR documents, presentations and communication materials.
Review ways of working and suggest practical process improvements.

What will you learn?

How Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development work in an international company.
How training activities are planned, organised and promoted.
How to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders.
How HR systems and administrative processes support employees.

Who are we looking for?

You might be studying Human Resources , but that is not a requirement. We also welcome students in other fields.

More importantly, you:

Are well organised and pay attention to detail
Enjoy bringing structure to information and tasks
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are comfortable using digital tools
Are curious, proactive and willing to learn
Enjoy teamwork but can also work independently

For this internship you should still be enrolled in a study program
Period of the internship : school year 2026 -2027 and 2027-2028
(minimum) Duration of the internship : 3 months or longer
Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
