Description complète du poste

The Water Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team, providing administrative support to our Water Project Manager business in Belgium.

The coordinator will be responsible for the tasks entrusted to him/her, demonstrating responsiveness, flexibility and precision and will be specifically trained to be the local point of reference for supporting the Belgian Project Manager team, especially the EU Team, working with European Schemes.

Responsibilities: Collect and check completion of forms and documents received from suppliers and clients
Coordinate with the clients/suppliers and legal team to ensure the required NDAs are signed and correctly archived
Provide clear instructions to suppliers on how to fill the required forms
Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
Maintaining the customer platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)
Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems related to EU projects
Support the project manager team in improving records related to projects and projects efficiency
Check document completeness
Provide support in creating accounts and setting up projects in the system
Provide support to the Manager in generating internal documents, reports, training to support the EU team

Qualifications: Minimum 2-year experience as coordinator or similar role
Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems
A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver
Organized with a good eye for detail
Ability to manage dynamic workload where priorities will change quickly
A clear and proactive communicator
Strong team player
