As an Experienced Front Office Manager, you are the coach who inspires and develops this Crew and helps them reach the next level every day.
Your challenge
As Front Office Manager, you are the driving force behind an enthusiastic team of approximately 10 Crew Members.
You are highly visible on the floor, thrive on coaching people and know how to motivate a team to create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
You combine strong operational knowledge with excellent people skills and ensure that quality, guest experience and team spirit are at the heart of everything you do, every day.
What will you do?
Coach, guide and motivate a team of approximately 10 Crew Members.
Train new colleagues and support the continued development of existing team members.
Build a strong team culture where collaboration comes naturally.
Ensure Marriott and Moxy standards are consistently maintained.
Actively drive guest satisfaction and review scores.
Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Bar and F&B.
Follow up on administrative processes, procedures and reporting.
Prepare and optimise staff schedules.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions and development conversations.
Collaborate with the different departments to continuously improve the hotel.
Spot problems before they arise and come up with solutions before anyone else does.

You understand that an exceptional guest experience starts with a motivated team.
What do you bring to the table?
Leadership experience within Front Office or hospitality.
Experience coaching and developing team members.
A hands-on mentality.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
Experience with Marriott systems is an advantage.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends when needed.
A positive mindset, a good sense of humour and, above all, plenty of energy.
Salary according to the hospitality industry pay scale Belgium (cat 7) or based on experience.
