Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Transversal Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, specializing in Java development and team coaching. As a consultant, you will lead projects and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
Responsibilities:

Lead Java development projects, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.

Design and implement REST APIs for seamless integration with various applications.

Manage Kubernetes deployments, automating processes for increased efficiency and reliability.

Coach and mentor development teams, fostering skill growth and best practices.

Architect and develop scalable microservices.
-
Optimize application performance and scalability.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Computer Science - Software Engineering.

Over 10 years of experience in Java/Angular development.
-
Tech lead expertise (minimum 5 years of experience).
-
Recent expertise and experience (minimum 2 years) in leading engineering practices within teams (code quality, testing strategy, CI/CD, tech standards).

Recent expertise and experience (minimum 5 years) in coaching/mentoring junior/mid-level developers.

Fluency in French or Dutch at a native or bilingual level.

Professional proficiency in English.
