Conduct pull request validations, peer reviews, and ensure full compliance with data engineering standards.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior Data Engineers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of data engineering practices within the organization.
Act as the single point of contact between Data Platform Architects and engineering teams.
Translate architectural guidelines into actionable technical instructions for engineering teams.
Recommend alternative technical solutions depending on the targeted Data Warehouse (DWH) layer (ingestion, transformation, consumption).
Participate in the definition, evolution, and continuous improvement of the data platform and data engineering standards.
Provide structured feedback from field experience to refine practices and tooling.
Contribute to performance optimization, data quality, and operational reliability.

Technical expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines within the Azure ecosystem.
Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Mapping Data Flow (MDF), Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
Expertise in dimensional modeling (star schema, DWH concepts).
Nice to Have: Experience using Power BI.
Experience with semantic data modeling.
