As an AI Solutions Analyst you will lead the delivery of GenAI-powered initiatives, combining business analysis, prompt engineering, and AI solution design to build enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and the AI Center of Expertise to drive projects from discovery through deployment and continuous improvement.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into AI solution designs and functional specifications.
Design, develop, and optimize GenAI-powered solutions, including enterprise chatbot applications.
Create and refine prompts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlogs in Agile environments.
Collaborate with AI, Data, Security, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
Design LLM testing strategies, including golden datasets, regression testing, safety testing, and evaluation metrics.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate AI solution performance.
Monitor AI solution quality through prompt/response analysis, latency, cost, and quality indicators.
Maintain documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Continuously improve prompts, workflows, and AI models based on user feedback and performance analysis.
Report project progress, risks, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Promote AI best practices and contribute to the organization's AI adoption strategy.
You have at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Engineering, or Digital Product Delivery, including at least 2 years working with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
You enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology while delivering innovative AI-powered solutions in Agile environments.
