As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of our digital backbone from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you define both the “how” and the “why” of our technical architecture.

Your mission is to transform complex thermal challenges into a secure, scalable, and maintainable SaaS platform capable of handling high-speed, data-intensive workloads aligned with GPU-level performance cycles.

Shape Technical Architecture
Own the system blueprint. Define, communicate, and guide architectural decisions to ensure the platform is resilient, fault-tolerant, and future-proof. -
Ship with Velocity
Deliver high-quality, secure, and well-tested code quickly. Navigate roadblocks effectively and iterate fast without compromising standards. -
Elevate Engineering Standards
Champion clean code, strong testing practices, and engineering excellence. Set the benchmark for the entire engineering culture. -
Own the DFM Loop
Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to integrate “Smartfins” logic into a seamless cloud-based experience, bridging software and physical systems. -
Automate & Scale
Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools, to ensure efficient and reliable deployments. -
Leverage Next-Gen Tools
Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, debugging, and testing processes.

Educational Background
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience. -
7+ Years of Engineering Excellence
Proven experience building large-scale, customer-facing SaaS applications in fast-paced environments (e.g., DeepTech, FinTech, high-growth startups). -
Full-Stack Expertise
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, C#, or Java, with a structured approach to complex data systems. -
Cloud-Native Experience
Hands-on experience designing, securing, and scaling applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP. -
Founder's Mindset
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity. Able to navigate shifting priorities and deliver impact without unnecessary bureaucracy.
