In this position, your main goal is to minimize fleet downtime and keep global logistics networks moving smoothly. Functioning as a vital liaison between corporate clients and senior engineering teams, you will deliver high-level technical direction, diagnostic support, and custom operational strategies to service partners and fleet managers across the globe.

Client Consultation: Serve as a direct line of contact for high-priority inquiries via phone and digital channels, maintaining strict brand standards for safety and performance.

Complex Problem-Solving: Evaluate multi-faceted operational challenges to deliver rapid, data-informed solutions for international business partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and supply chain departments to accelerate issue resolution and maintain precise data records across company platforms.
