Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and operate Java-based backend microservices
- Refactor and migrate legacy monolithic applications towards a modern microservices architecture
- Build RESTful APIs for data access and system integration
- Develop domain-driven and data-centric services
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
- Integrate with event streaming platforms such as Kafka
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
- Deploy and operate services within Azure cloud environments
- Apply modern software engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, and version control
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and product owners
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions to improve development efficiency and code quality
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Backend Java Developer
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining microservices
- Experience with REST API development and system integrations
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps methodologies
- Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and scalability
- Comfortable working in complex and international environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
