Within our B2B Sales Department, we work closely with customers every day to address their security challenges. From manned guarding services to cutting-edge technological solutions, we provide strategic guidance, build trusted relationships, and develop long-term partnerships in a highly regulated environment.

Your Challenge

As an Internal Sales Officer, you are a key link within our commercial team. You ensure that customer inquiries, leads, and requests are handled quickly and professionally, while supporting our sales colleagues throughout the sales process. Thanks to your accuracy, proactive mindset, and organizational skills, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction and efficient internal collaboration.

What Will You Do?

Customer Contact & Follow-up

Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and requests.
Support the sales team in managing and following up on leads and commercial opportunities.
Answer customer questions professionally and customer-focused, both by phone and email.
Proactively resolve issues and complaints, involving internal stakeholders when necessary.
Ensure incoming requests are directed to the right colleagues and followed up accurately.
Contribute to an excellent customer experience through proactive communication and follow-up.

Sales Support

Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with the sales team.
Independently create smaller quotations for customers and prospects.
Process incoming requests accurately in the relevant systems.
Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, opportunities, and sales activities.
Assist with reporting, dashboards, and forecasts to support sales management.

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and proactively suggest improvements.
Contribute to the standardization and documentation of sales and operational processes.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Collaboration

Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal departments.
Coordinate with IT teams to optimize CRM systems and other tools.
Encourage knowledge sharing and contribute to a positive team environment.

Who Are You?

You have strong administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
You are customer-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
You have an analytical mindset and an interest in data, reporting, and performance tracking.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and take initiative.
You can work independently while also being a strong team player.
You remain calm under pressure and know how to prioritize effectively.
You are digitally savvy and comfortable working with MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Your Background

You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
An initial experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Internal Sales is considered an asset.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.
You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good command of English.
