You will join a Belgian cooperative insurance group with a strong local presence and a clear commitment to creating value for customers and society. Within a collaborative digital channels, data and web environment, you will help improve services for brokers, customers and internal colleagues while contributing to an organisation built on solidarity and cooperation.
Your Tasks
Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Define, monitor and align project scope with the relevant stakeholders.
Prepare functional analyses using the available information and expertise.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT experts to shape suitable solutions.
Perform impact and gap analyses and document the results clearly.
Prepare user stories, features and test plans in line with agreed quality standards.
Support testing activities and answer functional questions throughout the test phases.
Your skills
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.
First experience in a role that combines functional or technical analysis
Knowledge of test methodologies and test management is a plus.
Experience in or interested in working with Enterprise Architect and Jira.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Clear communication and the ability to connect business and IT stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative and ownership-driven way of working.
Fluent in English and in either Dutch or French.
