Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves being the first point of contact for IT inquiries from employees and external partners, providing both first and second-line support in accordance with established SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for IT questions from approximately 1,450 employees and external partners.
Manage user inquiries through Ticketing Service (TOPdesk) and email.
Provide support via the Helpdesk phone line for urgent queries.
Install laptops with Windows 11 for new employees or to replace outdated devices.
Support laptop software (W11 + O365) and assist in the transition from AS400 to SAP.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Service Desk team and other departments such as Digital Systems and Digital Infrastructure.
Document and manage the duty roster for helpdesk coverage.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
Strong communication skills in Dutch; limited English support may be required.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably TOPdesk.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical knowledge of Windows 11 and O365.
