Acting as a crucial bridge between enterprise clients and specialist engineers, you will provide expert technical guidance, diagnostic assistance, and tailored operational strategies to fleet managers and certified service points globally.

Customer Advisory: Handle high-priority inbound phone calls and digital requests while adhering to rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
