A strategic Cash Management competence center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen the Payment & Local Offer (PLO) team and support the transformation of a client-facing Treasury steering solution.
The assignment focuses on the revitalization of an existing analytical product used by corporate clients to gain insights into their banking relationship. The consultant will contribute to redefining the product’s value proposition, restoring and improving its data foundations, supporting its migration to a new IT environment, and preparing future data and interfaces aligned with business needs and new IT standards.
The role combines Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Preparation, ETL design, Data Quality Management, Stakeholder Management, and Migration activities, while working closely with business stakeholders, data providers, Data & Analytics teams, and IT teams.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to operate in a transversal environment involving multiple teams and locations.
Your missions:
- Contribute to the change management and transformation of a strategic client-facing Treasury steering tool.
- Support the redesign of the product’s value proposition and client offering.
- Improve and rebuild data foundations to ensure reliability and business value.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams on data-related initiatives.
- Prepare future data structures and interfaces in line with business requirements and banking IT standards.
- Support the migration of the solution to a new IT environment.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data providers, and IT teams.
- Deliver analytical insights that create tangible value for both clients and the business.
- Contribute to governance activities linked to Cash Management products and services.
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Develop expertise in Transaction Banking, including Cash Management and Trade activities.
Your activities:
Data Analysis & Preparation
- Perform data preparation and data analysis activities.
- Blend and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Design, build, and maintain ETL processes and data flows.
- Analyze datasets to answer business questions and support decision-making.
- Produce analytical outputs and insights based on business needs.
Dataiku & Alteryx
- Work hands-on with Dataiku as the primary platform.
- Develop and manage Dataiku data pipelines.
- Build and maintain automated scenarios in Dataiku.
- Use variables and advanced functionalities within Dataiku.
- Create machine learning models and perform interactive statistical analysis where relevant.
- Understand and maintain existing Alteryx workflows operating in BAU mode.
- Prepare and implement migration of Alteryx workflows into Dataiku.
Migration & Planning
- Inventory existing data flows and ETL processes.
- Assess migration scope and dependencies.
- Define migration plans and priorities.
- Coordinate migration activities and monitor progress.
- Track deliverables and ensure successful transition to the target environment.
Data Quality & Governance
- Investigate data quality issues reported by users or teams.
- Identify root causes of data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate resolution activities with data providers.
- Ensure data sourcing reliability and governance standards.
- Contribute to data governance and oversight activities.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Gather and understand business requirements.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose innovative features and enhancements.
- Interact regularly with business users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data providers regarding sourcing and data availability.
- Facilitate communication across business, analytics, and IT teams.
Reporting & Visualization
- Support reporting and visualization initiatives.
- Develop analyses and dashboards using visualization tools such as Tableau.
