To support our growth, we are looking for a business developer to expand our presence in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will be the key link between Vervloet and our high-profile clientele, including architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury brands. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will drive business growth and ensure an impeccable customer experience from first contact to project completion.

what you will do

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to strengthen Vervloet’s presence in the Belgian and Dutch market.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers to expand our client network.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
Provide expert guidance on products, pricing, and project requirements.
Work closely with project management, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
Represent Vervloet at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market visibility.

what we are looking for

Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales or client acquisition in architecture, high-end interior design and materials or other relevant luxury goods industries.
Experience in our specific segment decorative and architectural hardware is a strong plus.
Strong existing network with interior designers, architects or design specifiers in the region is highly beneficial.
Passionate about translating craftsmanship excellence into compelling client experiences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to architects, designers, and developers.
Comfortable managing administrative tasks with precision and positive energy.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
Fluent in Dutch & English, while French is a plus.
