As an HR & Payroll Officer, you play a key role within our HR team. You ensure that our employees can rely on accurate payroll processing and professional HR support. Thanks to your knowledge of labour legislation, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach, you become a trusted partner for both employees and managers.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects and broaden your expertise across various HR disciplines.
Tasks :

Manage and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with our external payroll provider.

Handle and follow up on all payroll and HR administration activities.

Process and manage social and employment-related documents, including onboarding, offboarding, absences, and other employment matters.

Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors.
-
Review and validate time registrations in Protime.
-
Prepare HR reports and analyze relevant HR data.
-
Provide advice and support to managers on payroll matters and social legislation.

Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality and efficient HR service.

Remain open to supporting other HR activities and act as a back-up for colleagues when needed.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the continuous improvement of our HR processes and services.

Follow up on training-related administration and training grant applications.
Profile :
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
-
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR administration.

Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
-
Good working knowledge of Protime, SD Worx and payroll applications such as eBlox Payroll.

Proficient in MS Office and experienced in working with HR systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

Broad knowledge of HR processes and HR tools.
-
Experience in recruitment and selection is an asset.

Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D) is a plus.
